Very clean Hotel. Near the tram station. We also had free water always. I recommend coming here. Only problem is, there is no parking available in the property. Nearby parking garages cost about 30 euros a day.

Unprofessional Service and Poor Experience at Hote

My experience at Hotel Rose Sonder was unacceptable. After confirming an extension of two additional nights with the receptionist on the morning of August 19th, another staff member came to my room at 23:00 insisting that I leave, claiming they were unable to process the extension. Being disturbed late at night and asked to leave after an agreed arrangement was both humiliating and highly unprofessional. The staff’s behavior was rude and disrespectful, showing no regard for the basic standards of hospitality. In addition, the breakfast—charged at €15 per person—is extremely poor in both quality and variety.

Lovely hotel, really clean and great location. Loved the self service aspect of getting towels and extras for the room. Little details stopped me from giving it 5 stars. One of the mattresses in the room was saggy and needed replacing. The TV remote control didn’t work and wasn’t fixed or replaced despite me asking twice. A mini fridge in the room would have been helpful.

Small,not much day light , but clean and modern

The hotel was not as convenient as thought. In fact, it was a distance fm the main train station. The tram stop was right in front of the hotel but we waited a bit too long for the tram n the return tram stop was not so near n easy to the hotel. Our room didnt hv a sheltered walkway so we were exposed when it rained.

The hotel was nice and my room was overall good. There were a couple of tiny things that called into question how clean my room was (small stains on the carpet and some white goo on the bathroom wall). I was surprised that there were no usb outlets in the room. Overall, it was comfortable and friendly. I enjoyed my stay

Lovely stay

Friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Felt secure in this hotel, especially with the code access. Lockers to hold bags is a good touch. Only thing that I would’ve hoped for is a WC in the reception for those that haven’t checked in yet.
