Great location and a nice room. Beware that there is no lift (we had to carry cases up 5 flights of stairs). Some other guests were noisy late at night and the doors are not soundproof!

I have paid one time to Expedia for booking. When I was doing online check in then hotel ask for my debit card details which I provided. While providing details they mentioned that it will be €0 charge. We are taking debit card details if in case you use something of hotel so we can deduct directly when you check out. After providing my fed it card details. I have been charged €86 on spot and when I go to hotel for entry. There was a receptionist who told me that you have to pay €100 as security deposit. Otherwise cancel your booking. He knows that I am not able to cancel it because I have paid two times first to Expedia and 2nd hotel deducted directly from my bank. So I paid €100 extra. This €100 has been refunded on check out. €86 they said they will refund it but they never. Also Expedia didn’t take responsibility of this €86. Please note that before booking I did check all the requirements there was nothing showing regarding deposits. So please prepare for this scam when booking.

Sehr ruhige Lage in schöner Straße, 15 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Supermarkt mit allem was man braucht ca. 5 min entfernt. Falls man mit dem Fahrrad anreist, muss man es leider auf der Straße abstellen oder ins Fahrradparkhaus am Bahnhof bringen.

Camera spaziosa ed estremamente silenziosa a distanza comoda dal centro di Rotterdam e dalla stazione centrale; tre notti passate in estrema comodità. Forse giusto un po' la vetustà dello stabile, le pareti un po' sporche che andrebbero riverniciate, manca per rendere questo alberghetto perfetto.

Leuk hotel

Leuk hotel. Wat ik niet verwacht had was dat ik een app moest downloaden om een sleutelcode te ontvangen. Daarna kon ik de deur van de kamer met mijn mobiel openen. Om tv te kunnen kijken moest ik mijn mobiel koppelen via de wifi van het hotel. Daar had ik echter geen zin in. Verder was het een prima verblijf.

A new age for hotels luidt de slogan van dit hotel. Waar te beginnen? Bij de app die je toegang moet verlenen, er is storing. Er werkt gelukkig een mens, die je na enig heen en weer ge-app binnen laat en in je kamer laat. De kamer dan, tv kanalen doen het niet, beloofde Netflix dus ook niet. Er is een waterkoker en koffieapparaat maar er is maar 1 stopcontact, dat vlak naast de kraan zit, water en electriciteit? Dan dus maar koffie zetten op rand bij kraan. En telefoon opladen, die prompt dus nat wordt. Boord met koffie en thee spullen erop dreigt sowieso in te storten. Airco doet het, maar kan alleen maar op 18 of 24 graden. Raam kan niet dicht, hele mechanisme is kapot, dus sorry voor het gesnurk, hele buurt. Gordijnen kunnen ook niet helemaal dicht, wordt dus wel erg vroeg licht in mei en ideaal voor gluurders. Badkamer, met, toegegeven, een goede warme regendouche, is echter voor de ware exhibitionist, bij mannen blijft dat nog wel onder de radar maar zeker bij wat langere dames kunnen de buren op hun balkon alles boven het middel zien tijdens het douchen. Maar dat kon door die gordijnen sowieso al.
