Decent hotel for the price. Provided good bed shower and TV. Didn’t sample breakfast but you can get great coffee next door, although the machine coffee at the hotel is free. Convenient for the train station, nice quiet area. Lighting in the room could be made better, one strong spotlight by a mirror would be helpful.

Not a great experience

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. I just found the room to be quite dusty. Also the pictures advertised for the superior room on the website where a bit deceptive as the room i got was just a standard looking room. When checking in we where sent to a "sister hotel" 3 minutes down the road and where told it had the same facilities but it didnt. It was more like a hostel. There was no reception/facilities such as a bar etc. All it had was a kitchenette in the entrance and seating. When i booked the rooms it mentioned bottled water in the rooms. There was none and the lobby area didnt even have a vending machine or anything. So after arriving late enough we had to leave again to go find a shop just to get some water. So overall it was a bad experience. Not sure how this is rated a 4 star hotel. The main hotel maybe but the "sister hotel" not a chance.

Unfortunately the hotel did not disclose that our room would be in a separate location and we were expected to haul our bags and then go back in forth for bar and food service, as there were no amenities in the offsite location. Beware when you book.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. Although I was initially surprised to be moved to a different room in a nearby hotel just four minutes away, the transition was smooth and the new room was comfortable and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, providing a cozy atmosphere. While the breakfast could have been better—it felt more like a simple spread rather than a full buffet—it was still enjoyable. While I had expected a more boutique feel based on the hotel's advertisement, the facilities, though decent, didn't fully align with that image. Nonetheless, the stay was comfortable, and the hospitality was commendable. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for convenience and comfort with a touch of charm.

The property is very nice and walkable from the central station. Everything else was super nice but one thing that bothered me was the room was very dark due to the black wallpapers and less intensity lights. You can hardly see anything inside the room.

Renovation required

The hotel needs renovation look and feel is old. Air-conditioning barely worked, took very long to cool room down. The room needed some air but the window will barely open. A small room with a pretty small bathroom. All in all one can understand why they were the only ones to have a vacant room for me last minute b4 the Rotterdam North Sea Jzz festival...

Room was good and decent size but parking is a big problem. We didn’t had the app and hotel staff didn’t hello to find parking or to pay for parking. For a tourist it’s not easy as it’s in middle of residential area.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel experience was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. First, the amenities were either outdated, broken, or non-existent. What was advertised online did not reflect reality. The photos and descriptions were extremely misleading — what looked like a modern, clean space turned out to be poorly lit, worn down, and neglected. The lighting in the room and hallways was terrible, creating an uninviting and almost unsafe atmosphere. It was dim, with some bulbs not even working. The surrounding area of the hotel also felt sketchy and uncomfortable, which made coming and going a stressful experience, especially at night. Service was another major issue. Staff were inattentive and at times outright rude. Requests for basic things (like fresh towels or help with room issues) were either ignored or met with attitude. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. Between the misleading listing, lack of upkeep, poor service, and bad location, I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere.

The property is close to the Rotterdam Central, quick walk to restaurants, laundry and a bakery. The night staff at the hotel were very helpful, I would stay at the hotel again. Rooms are small compared to North America, normal for Europe.
