Our vacation rental (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom) is fully equipped and furnished in the rustic style typical of the Alpine region. A special feature—in addition to its central yet quiet location—is the spacious, cozy, and secluded balcony with a unique view of the Riederstein, one of the most famous mountains in the Tegernsee Valley.<br><br>The kitchen is equipped with: oven/stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, egg cooker, dishes, glasses, and silverware.<br><br>The spacious living room is furnished with a dining table and four chairs, a dresser, a Smart TV (Samsung), and a Smart Home sound system (Sonos).<br><br>The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink, a makeup mirror, a large crystal mirror with built-in LED lighting, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, a bathroom cabinet, and a toilet.<br><br>There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer in the building (also on the 2nd floor), as well as ample storage space in the hallway of the vacation rental in the form of a large built-in closet that includes a coat rack.

Gut durchorganisiert, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Kurz dachte ich schon, es gäbe die "Frau Wirtin" aus den Bayernurlauben meiner Kindheit nicht mehr ... aber als ich ein zusätzliches Kissen benötigte, stand sie ruck-zuck persönlich vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist nett und gemütlich, in Bad und Küche nicht mehr ganz auf dem aktuellen Stand, aber man kann in Rottach-Egern für diesen Preis nichts Moderneres finden. Bis auf die üblichen unscharfen Küchenmesser war alles prima, sogar ein kleines Willkommenspaket. Alles war im digitalen, automatisierten Kontakt gut erklärt. Die Lage ist top, direkt an der Rottach kann man mit dem Hund spazieren gehen, und Stadt und See sind in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in Allem eine sehr gute Wahl!
