Just wanted something clean and nice. Went to Silver Fern in Rotorua and it was awful, smelly, old and had a spider under the sheets. Desperately wanted a place nice and comfortable. This place was wonderful and right next to Eat Street. Loved it.

Great hotel and location just do not get a room near the entry as late at night and early mornings you’ll be woken by guests in and out.

A nice hotel in a great location. Walking distance to plenty of dining and shopping options. Only complaints are that I had to carry my luggage up 2 flights of stairs and the heater barely kept the room warm enough at night.
