Lovely hosts and great recliners, plus the central location keep us coming back to BKs Rotorua. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, takeaway outlets, and supermarkets. Option of shower or jetted tub with shower, and the mobility unit - there's a unit to suit everyone.

Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Water hot for the spa tub we had in the room. Kitchen was good for cooking in and staff were super helpful. We were very comfortable for one night but could have stayed a few more. On property parking was easy as well. Property provides towels for local pools and mud baths.

Great location- close to a lot of attractions, grocery stores and restaurants. The place was clean and super comfortable with everything you might need during your trip. The kitchen has also everything you need for cooking/eating in- a medium size fridge, a toaster, a cooktop, a kettle, a microwave, pots/pans/utensils… Would definitely stay there again!
