The coastal vibe in our home will richen your SouthWest Florida experience. This new Townhouse
offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen, clean new laundry area with a washer and dryer in unit and a screened lanai with a patio and backyard space.
A beach drive drive takes 10 min and we provide beach chairs and beach towels.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.

Weekend

Flew into Venice Airport for my wife to take a class on Saturday in the area. The unit was 3 bedroom, very clean, very nice place to stay. Close to several nice places to eat and the beach. Highly recommend!

Short 3 day visit

Pleased with cleanliness of unit. A few questions presented to Victoria were answered promptly. Would have been nice to have had dish cloth and towel in kitchen. And bath mat would have been nice. But, overall happy with our stay. Would rent this unit again for short term.

March stay

This home was spotless and quite comfortable, with plenty of room. Victoria was easily accessible when we had a question. She responded promptly. The area is convenient to beaches and fishing spots. One suggestion would be a handbook of directions for appliances, trash pickup day, and perhaps suggestions for restaurants and places to go in the area. We enjoyed our month there. Thank you.

Missing several things/no hanger/we brought some and left them-no night lights-we brought some and left them/no broom/we brought one and left it/toaster did not work/there was a grill but no propane/but it was a nice place/clean/view in back in sceened in area was poor/very close to biking and golf course/RL
