Disliked: Cleanliness
Booked this location and received no communication from the host. As check in approached I tried contacting through the app and then contacted VRBO who gave us contact information. Tried calling multiple times and was hung up on each time. VRBO also tried to contact them regarding our booking and could not reach them. VRBO then refunded our booking for us.
