They gave us incorrect room, we booked a double bed they gave us 2 single separate beds. Front desk lady was indifferent and uninterested in her job. Parking wasn’t shown properly as a result of which we kept circling around narrow pathways which is a big problem in the small town anyway. Location wise it’s convenient but definitely not like what it’s shown in pictures.

Wonderful location steps from the main square - restaurants and shops abound. Easy 14 minute walk from the train station. Helpful staff, wonderful breakfasts - our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking amazing views of the valley forest ♡

A fantastic hotel at a very reasonable price in a central location. Lovely large room with an extremely comfortable bed. Large bathroom and a separate seating area for bags etc. Treats left for our dog and staff very friendly.

Enjoyed my room except that I was on the 3rd floor and elevator didn’t work when I arrived and I had to lug my luggage up to the room myself. Also, the room, because it was on the 3rd floor was very warm and the fan wasn’t very much help. Breakfast buffet was just “okay”; could have been better. Staff was nice and helpful otherwise.

For a 4 star property, it would be appreciated if a coffee machine is available in the room and a bell boy to assist with luggages to the room. Even with a lift, there are steps up/down to get to the room. Location is great. Jessa front desk is super helpful.
