The owner Heike was extremely helpful. She gave us ideas about what to visit, helped us with parking a large vehicle with a stubborn parking computer that refused to work and made our stay very pleasant. The rooms were great, the location perfect!

We had a reserved parking spot, staff were extremely helpful and patient. It was unseasonably hot during our visit and they provided a larger room and fans to keep us comfortable.

We stayed at Bezold Hotel as a family of four (two adults and two teenage daughters) and were absolutely delighted with our experience. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel at home throughout our stay. Breakfast was a truly authentic and memorable experience, with excellent quality and a wonderful atmosphere. It was the perfect way to start each day. We highly recommend Bezold Hotel to anyone visiting Rothenburg and would be more than happy to stay here again. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

Hotel was very nice. Less than a 5 minute walk to the walled city so a great location. Room was large and had everything that you would need. Very quiet in the evening which was nice. Host was very nice and helpful. Parking was easy but I would book ahead. Breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay here again.
