Clean room, air conditioner was excellent, staff was helpful but could be a little freindlier. It says on the website that they are pet friendly but when we arrived the lobby had multiple signs saying 'no pets'. Although confusing, we were allowed to have our 2 dogs in the room for a fee of $20 per pet per night. Location is so what convenient, everything reachable by car in a short time.

Just what we needed

The room was wonderful. It had everything we wanted: comfy beds, great A/C, and a nice hot shower. It was very clean and the staff was great. Very nice for a stop over.

The room I occupied had all the essentials needed for a pleasant overnight stay without wasteful spending on unecessary items. The room was clean, the mattress was very comfortable, although fairly close to the highway, there was very little noise. The managers were very pleasant and tolerant of my lame UFO inquiries, which I suppose they must put up with frequently!. If traveling through Roswell again, I would certainly be willing to stay at the Budget Inn.

Staff was rude you had staff yelling at a guest who was checking out for not mopping his floor before he left. We were in room 108 I had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The receptionist said he’d bring it right over house keeping don’t work on weekends. 4 hours later I had to request toilet paper and towels again we finally received them 30 minutes later
