I had pre-booked and payd. Ferry was delayed and I arrived at the hotel at about 23:15. for 45 min I called on the bell for night porter! Nobody came. Tried to phone them several times No sign of life. Really not good and they should pay me back what I paid

Personalen trevlig, väldigt rent överallt, hotellet är mycket hundvänligt, maten i restaurangen var mycket god. Det enda mankot var att madrassen var en aning väl använd så att det nästan var en grop i den, men madrasserna byts f n ut på hotellet så det blir nog väldigt bra det med.
