This central and family-friendly apartment is located in the heart of Rosolina Mare, Italy. The wide, fine-sand beach of Rosolina Mare is just a few minutes’ walk away. Various restaurants, shops, and cafés are located nearby.
The cozy three-room vacation apartment Trilo Letizia accommodates up to 5 people and is located on the 1st floor. Guests have access to one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as another room with two single beds. The living room features a sofa, a satellite TV, and a dining area. The well-equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, pots, dishes, silverware, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet, and sink. Air conditioning can be booked as an add-on. The balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, is perfect for relaxing. If you are traveling with a toddler and need a crib, please request one when booking. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 3.5 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is, of course, possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful, wide sandy beach is just a few minutes’ easy walk away. There, you can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas and, for a minimal additional fee, enjoy all the amenities, including the pool, playground, bar, and sports facilities. If you’d rather set up your own umbrella on a public beach, that’s no problem! Right next door, there’s a large public beach where you can do just that. The ocean is ideal for small children because it slopes gently, allowing them to play in the shallow water. In addition, lifeguards are on duty daily to ensure your safety.
POOL
Although the residence doesn’t have its own pool, the beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The apartment is very well suited for families with small children, as it’s just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful beaches of Rosolina Mare. The beach has playgrounds, and during peak season, entertainers provide activities all day long. It’s just a short walk to the town center. Rosolina Mare has plenty of shopping options and is a popular spot for an evening stroll or to enjoy a delicious ice cream.

Rosolina Mare is a town that places great emphasis on sports facilities. You can participate in various sports on the beaches. There are also very nice biking and walking trails.

Shopping options are within walking distance.

Of course, you also have the option of dining at one of the restaurants near the vacation rental. The diverse Italian cuisine awaits you.

The apartment is very centrally located in the resort town of Rosolina Mare. Nevertheless, the beach is just a few minutes away. From Rosolina Mare, you can visit various attractions and tourist destinations. In short, no matter what you’re looking for, everything is within easy reach.
TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Rosolina Mare is located about 40 kilometers south of Venice on the beautiful Adriatic coast. Rosolina Mare enchants with its unique landscape, nestled between the sea, pine forests, the mouth of the Adige River, and the Po Delta lagoon. The habitats of the Po Delta are fascinatingly diverse, rich in wildlife and rare plant species. Amid valleys, lagoons, dunes, and wetlands, you’ll discover the local flora and fauna—all of which make an organized or independent trip to the Po Delta an unforgettable experience. Rosolina Mare also offers a wide selection of shopping options, restaurants, and gelaterias. The nightlife, featuring pubs and street performers, is a great way to wind down at the end of the day. A wide, family-friendly promenade and a park can also be found in the town center. During the vacation season, a vast array of cultural events takes place, while fans of sea excursions can also go mackerel fishing. Rosolina Mare is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions to nearby and more distant destinations. In no time at all, you can reach famous art cities like Venice or Padua. Or visit the picturesque fishing town of Chioggia, just half an hour away. It’s not for nothing that it’s also called “Little Venice.” Its palaces and canals, with their many bridges, are reminiscent of Venice. But the pace of life in Chioggia is much more leisurely. The botanical garden in the idyllic fishing village of Porto Caleri at the tip of the peninsula is also well worth a visit. If you’re looking for a day full of fun, we recommend a day trip to the Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park (similar to Europapark plus water park fun!!!) in Ravenna.
