Welcome to 24 Caddisfly Court, nestled on the banks of the French Broad River! Tucked directly behind Headwaters Outfitters, in Rosman, NC, this charming retreat offers the ideal escape for fishing enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. Upon arrival to Caddisfly Court, unit 24 is the first of 3 cabins and has dedicated parking for 1 vehicle.
Step inside and discover a simple one room cabin with modern finishes and everything you need for a comfortable adventure. A queen-sized bed accommodates 1 or 2 guests. A mini fridge, single induction burner for cooking, basic pots and pans, lightweight dishes, and Keurig allow for light meal preparation inside the cabin. A smart TV is provided for guests to utilize their own streaming accounts, but with the river outside you probably won't want to turn it on! The covered porch overlooking the river is an ideal spot to sip morning coffee, enjoy the sights and sounds of the river, or soak at the end of the day in the private hot tub.
For fishing enthusiasts, the French Broad River is just steps away. You can even book guided fishing trips with Headwaters Outfitters! Beyond fishing, the surrounding area is known for hiking, mountain biking, and many other ways to enjoy the great outdoors. Return to the cabin in the evening and utilize the community grill to prepare your evening meal or gather around the riverside fire pit to toast marshmallows.

This efficiency was practically brand new. It was so clean. WiFi was easily accessible. The view of the French Broad river was lovely. This rental is small, but it has everything you need. The deck was large enough for morning coffee overlooking the river. We would definitely stay here again.

A Perfect Riverside Getaway — We Had to Come Back!

We had another amazing stay at this little fishing cabin! We actually visited last April and had such a great time that we knew we had to come back and it did not disappoint. The location is hard to beat. Being right on the river made everything so easy and relaxing, whether we were out enjoying the water or just sitting back and taking it all in. It’s the perfect mix of peaceful and convenient. The cabin itself is cozy, clean, and well cared for. Everything we needed was there, and it truly feels like a place you can unwind and disconnect for a bit. The hot tub was such a nice bonus, especially after a long day outside. It made the whole experience feel even more relaxing. Overall, this spot has become one of our favorites, and we’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway right on the river!

We loved the rivers and weather in your area. The cottage was vey clean and lovely. A couple of thoughts to make it even cozier would be hooks on the wall inside the door for light jackets and clothes. Also a small toaster would be nice . No complaints just thoughts.
