The Casenuove III residence is part of the historic Le Casenuove Estate, nestled in a vast park of olive trees, pines, cypresses, and lush fruit trees, overlooking expansive grounds and the boundless hills beyond. It is an oasis of peace just a short walk from the sea and the towns of Castiglioncello, Rosignano Marittimo, Vada, and Caletta.La The residence has been tastefully renovated with meticulous attention to the stylistic and architectural standards of the era in which it was built (1897) and furnished with traditional pieces, while still offering all modern comforts.The apartment, accessed via a flight of stairs, consists of a spacious living room featuring a built-in kitchen area complete with appliances and utensils, a dining table with chairs (seats 6), a TV, and a comfortable sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a closet, nightstands, and a dresser with a mirror; adjacent to it is a bathroom featuring a tub/shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.Going down two steps, you’ll find the second bedroom, furnished with a dresser and a closet, and the second bathroom, equipped with a tub/shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.Finally, the third and last bedroom—spacious and bright—is furnished with a desk, a large antique closet, and a dresser with a mirror.The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with bed linens and towels for each guest (with a change provided every 7 days). The residence features a private garden with a pool, designed in an efficient and functional way to make your stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The garden consists primarily of a dining area featuring a large table (seating 6–8 people) beneath a charming gazebo covered in a decades-old grapevine, an outdoor pantry, and a top-quality barbecue.The second part of the garden serves as a relaxation area, featuring a set of sofas under a gazebo, a sun deck with four lounge chairs, and an above-ground pool for cooling off on hot summer days.PETS ARE ALLOWED ONLY UPON REQUEST AND SUBJECT TO THE PROPERTY’S APPROVAL. Guests can enjoy a unique countryside experience by strolling through the olive grove to the private lake or exploring the lush surrounding hills.
