On the lower ground floor, the first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and provides direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom on this level also features 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a shower and WC, as well as its own exit to the terrace. The third bedroom on the lower ground floor is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds configured as 1 x 2 bunks, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is served by a separate shower and WC.

On the upper floor, the living and dining area is a welcoming space featuring a dining table and direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool, from which guests can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view of the sea. The fourth bedroom is located on this level and is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Also on the upper floor, a large open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a cooking island. A full bath and WC complete the upper floor layout. A large south-facing terrace with terrace furniture is also available for guests to enjoy.
