One-room studio of 30 m² with terrace of 11 m² facing south, located just in front of the swimming pool and the canals that lead to the sea for 2 people.
Magnificent view of the Marina and sea view from afar next to the nature reserve, a real rejuvenation.
The pool is sunny all day long and you can sunbathe in front of the canals while watching the small boats pass by very slowly because of the protected area.

Your four-legged friend is also welcome in this studio if he is small.
