Located on the beach, next to the promenade and with fantastic views of the bay.
The apartment is homely, is fully-equiped, and is 80 m². The property is located in front to the beach. It has views of waterfront and the garden.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, 30 m² terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, heat pump, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, garage the same building, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).
In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

Week-end de l'ascension
Appartement très agréable et bien situé.
Manque de rangement surtout dans les chambres où il y a de grands placards qui sont malheureusement fermés à clé.
Parking en sous-sol avec une place réservée qui permet d'entreposer des vélos.
