Each of these rooms also provides direct access to a private balcony. A separate WC is additionally available on this floor for added convenience.

On the 2nd upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, an open-plan living and dining room creates a bright and welcoming social space, with access to a terrace and the swimming pool, benefiting from both a south-facing and west-facing orientation.
