Wir hatten wundervolle drei Wochen Urlaub in der schönen gepflegten Wohnung sie entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Zentrum von Roses und der Parkplatz ist auch ein Plus, zumal er in direkter nähe des Aufzuges ist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zu vorkommend sie informierte uns zeitnah über Veranstaltungen und Aktivitäten in Roses. Die Sprachlichen Barrieren konnten wir durch den Google Translator beheben, so dass es kein Verständigungsproblem gab.Wir freuen uns schon auf ein nächstes mal. Fred T.

Comfortable apartment in city center

We had a great stay. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There are screens for all windows so it can be really dark. Every room has it's own airco with is really nice. During the day there is a lot of noise from the street but during the nights it was quiet. The beds were comfortable. The owner was very kind and she gave us a free early check-in which was really great.

Cet appartement, c’est le top du top! - La place de parking dans le sous-sol, juste en face de la porte du garage: en marche arrière depuis la rue, super facile à manœuvrer! Parfait! - proximité des magasins et restaurants: avec nos enfants de 3 ans et 7 ans, 2 poussées en trottinette et nous sommes sur la place de l’Eglise ! Boulangerie, supérette, pharmacie, traiteur Plana au pied de l’immeuble. Sans parler des glaces et mojitos, chez Orxateria El Far juste en face! Miam! - proximité de la plage: en 3 minutes à pied avec nos deux bambins, bien que les bras chargés de pelles, seaux, parasol, sacs et autre crocodile gonflable :) Idéal ! - appartement conforme aux photos. C’est un appartement traversant (chambres sur carrer de Arago / terrasse sur la Rambla). Deco moderne. Climatisé indépendamment dans chaque chambre et dans la pièce principale. Tout équipé en électroménager; vous pouvez même repasser votre linge, si cette activité vous manque :). Vaisselle suffisante pour 4 personnes. Terrasse spacieuse et très agréable. Télévision française et wifi, fonctionnant parfaitement. Bref, une adresse irréprochable. Nous y avons passé de superbes vacances et nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir! Si certains avis soulignent le fait que la Rambla puisse être « sonore » en soirée: oui en effet, le parc pour enfant s’anime après 18h quand la chaleur devient plus supportable, et que les jets d’eau s’allument pour ravire (et rafraîchir) petits et grands. C’est animé assez tard, mais c’est çà la vie espagnole! On s’y adapte très vite; et pour notre part, les bruits de la rue ne nous ont pas dérangés. Fenêtre fermées, on n’entend presque plus rien. Les chambres donnant sur l’arrière, pas de problème pour s’endormir. Merci MMe Daullé pour ce superbe appartement, et votre chaleureux accueil. Céline, Julien, Rose et Gabriel. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Appartement très agréable et bien équipé. Situation géographique parfaite pour profiter de la ville et de la plage à pieds. Boulangerie, épicerie et boucherie en bas de l'appartement. Buen apartamento. Moderno, nuevo, aire acondicionado y plaza de parking. Este ultimo muy importante porque en Roses no se encuentra parking en la calle. Muy céntrico, tiendas como carnicería, verduleria y panadería a pocos metros y en el centro del pueblo, a unos 200m de la playa. Muy bien. una observación: casi 100€ de gastos de electricidad nos pareció bastante dinero. Sí que usamos el aire acondicionado porque hacía mucho calor, pero por la noche lo apagábamos. Pero en general muy contentos.

Mme Daulle et sa fille sont d'une très grande gentillesse et nous avons été très bien accueillis la location est tout a fait conforme aux descriptif et aux photos. Vraiment un très bel appartement moderne, climatisé et spacieux avec deux belles salles de bain. Cuisine équipée, grande terrasse aménagée et garage privé, il ne manque rien. Situé dans un quartier animé on peut tout faire à pieds. On a vraiment passé de bonnes vacances et on compte bien revenir l'année prochaine.
