Nearly new beachfront apartment. High-quality building in Roquetas de Mar next to the beautiful La Romanilla Beach. Quiet ground-floor apartment with a large south-facing terrace (sunny all day in the summer). The twin bedroom has a TV and DVD player, ideal for children. Parking is available in front of the building. The pool is open only during the summer season.

Our recommendations: At the harbor (a 10-minute walk away), check out the Chiringuito La Romanilla and the Casa Cele Costa Restaurant. For a fun time, check out the El Rompizo beach bar, just 5 minutes away. And then in the residential area (10 minutes by car), the Nido Playa and El Ancla beach bars, and the chill-out restaurant Komo (the latter is easier to park at). Finally, across from the auditorium (a 10-minute walk) is La Cava Vinatería Roquetas. Reservations are required at all of these places.
