Charming villa in a peaceful location.

Very characterful villa with a beautiful secluded garden, a fully equipped kitchen and and very comfortable beds. The owners were a delight and couldn't have been more accommodating even allowing us to stay beyond the check-out time to fit in with our flight home. Overall a perfect place for a peaceful, relaxing holiday.

Au calme, mais proche de tout (Nice, Cannes, Grasse, etc…)

Très belle villa, fonctionnelle, bien agencée au calme, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer d’agréables moments aussi bien dans cet immense jardin superbement entretenu par le propriétaire ou sur l’une ou l’autre des terrasses, ou encore au bord de la piscine afin de profiter de belles journées ensoleillées. Hôtes disponibles et très accueillants. Nous avons passé un super séjour et avons adorés

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt zwischen Nizza und Cannes im Landesinneren. Die Strände und Städte der Côte d‘Azur sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Das Haus liegt auf einem großen terrassierten Grundstück. Es ist ein ruhiges Wohngebiet und man kann den kleinen Pool am Haus genießen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnt in der Nähe und hat jederzeit ihre Hilfe angeboten. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

A beautiful, charming rustic villa in a quiet setting. Very clean with all amenities that you need. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The villa is well placed for visiting Mougins, Valbonnes, Cannes, Nice and Antibes.

Belle villa

Très belle propriété dans un cadre boisé hélas pour nous nous sommes arrivés dans une période de travaux par un des voisins proche marteau piqueur des 9h du matin. beaucoup de palier pour monter à la maison qui se situe en haut du terrain donc pas fait pour les non sportifs hélas aussi beaucoup de moustiques le soir surtout au bord de la piscine dans l ensemble belle propriété et propriétaire charmant

Zeer aangename provencaalse woning

Mooie woning in provencaalse en authentieke stijl met goede voorzieningen en volledig omheind met grote tuin. Ligging is gunstig gelegen toz van de meeste bezienswaardigheden (oa Nice / Cannes etc) De woning is heel goed onderhouden en de verhuurders, die rechtover in dezelfde straat wonen, zijn gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het zwembad is niet groot maar heel goed onderhouden Wij hebben er een heel aangename vakantie gehad

Peaceful and private

The Villa is very comfortable - well equipped and with plenty of space for four people. The large garden, which includes a small but private and secluded pool, has plenty of trees which give shade from the hot Provencal sun. The owner, who speaks very good English, is charming and friendly. An excellent place for a restful holiday.

Fijne comfortabele mooi gelegen woning

Mooie complete woning met goede voorzieningen, privacy en zeer ruime tuin. Prima locatie, rustig gelegen aan rand van het dorp op ruim 1km van het centrum. Gunstig ten opzichte van kust, steden (oa Nice) en interessante dorpjes in het heuvelachtige en groene achterland. Woning is compleet ingericht, goed onderhouden en met airco in de slaapkamers. Linnengoed tegen betaling beschikbaar. Het prettige zwembad is niet groot maar is netjes, schoon en wordt goed onderhouden.De verhuurders, die verderop in de straat wonen, zijn gastvrij en behulpzaam. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Wonderful vacation

We've just spent a most wonderful vacation at this beautiful holiday home. The charmingly furnished stone house is surrounded by a well-kept, huge garden with Mediterranean plants, olive and figue trees, a private swimming pool and a spacious terrace, where one can spend relaxing hours. The owners live nearby and are very helpful and friendly. If one likes to spend a day on the beach or do some sightseeing, a couple of charming towns like Antibes, Cannes or Grasse can be reached by car within 30-45 minutes. This holiday home offers everything one needs for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation and we can fully recommend it!

Wonderful, peaceful, charming the perfect holiday.

The Villa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Cool interior, the air con in the bedrooms superb. The fully equipped kitchen and beautiful fridge, plus of course the 2 built in barbecues made eating a delight. The pool area although small is perfect, very warm but has shelter if you prefer. The Villa aptly named 'Esclinado' is delightful, we cannot recommend it highly enough. In easy walking distance from local shops and restaurants, then of course you have the delights of the 'Riviera' a short drive away.
