Single-storey cottage of 70m2 comprising: living room, kitchen, pantry, a bathroom with a separate toilet. 2 Bedrooms (2 beds in 90 and 1 bed in 140). You will also enjoy until autumn and more than a 70m2 fenced garden out of sight with garden furniture and barbecue. Possibility to park in the garden. Our animal friends are welcome.
The kitchen is well equipped: hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment.
7 km from the beaches of the Mediterranean, in the heart of the Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park, you will stay in a comfortable cottage. At the foot of the mills and the St Martin chapel which dominate and in an environment of scrubland and vineyards, you can enjoy many hiking trails, directly from the village. Shops and amenities on site.
Beaches of Lapalme for kite surfing and sand yachting, beach of La Franqui de Leucate and oyster farming site 10km away. Free WIFI in the cottage.
