Maison ancienne située sur les hauteurs de Fréjus, dans un quartier cossu très agréable, et à proximité immédiate des chemins de randonnées. L'accès aux plages et aux commerces demandent une voiture. La piscine est le plus grand atout de cette maison, ainsi que sa terrasse avec une superbe vue sur la mer.
