Beautiful air-conditioned Provençal villa, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac with complete privacy, offering a stunning sea view over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

Sleeping area: one bedroom with a double bed (140), one bedroom with two single beds (can be joined into a 180), a bathroom with shower, and separate WC.

Living area: fully equipped open kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso, plancha, etc.), living room with TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi, bright dining veranda, and a large 60 m² terrace with sea view, garden furniture, sun loungers, and electric awning.

Outdoors: private pool with total privacy, sunny terrace with solar shower, sunbeds, parasols and shaded area. Private parking available.

Cleaning and household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) included + washing machine, ironing board and iron available. Beaches and all amenities in the village just 2 km away. Boat shuttles from the harbor to Saint-Tropez.

In Les Issambres, enjoy beautiful sandy beaches, seaside restaurants, the weekly Provençal market, as well as all shops, pharmacy, marina and watersports center. Splendid hiking trails and mountain bike routes, including the famous Roc d’Azur circuit just 500 m from the house, offer exceptional panoramic views over the Mediterranean.
