Never ever book here!
The local community around this villa did all they could to ruin my stay with noise and please bare in mind that I don't even know any of these people! Right after arrival, which was by the way really late, almost midnight, a huge loud motorbike appeared on villa's doorstep and started intentionally roaring it's engine. It continued to do so well into the night. At the same time, I heard some strange knocks and hits inside of the house. Next morning I found out that the owners were hiding on the lower floor! So my stay was not private at all! Each morning a loud motorbike would be driving around the neighborhood for hours in a row making a lot of noise, and while it was roaring it's engine, people in neighboring house would start slamming something and an emergency with sirens or police would appear. To those of you who are not familiar - that's a noise technique that the so called deep state, or simply network of local criminals, uses to stress people out. They use a combo of motor engine, slamming and sirens to stress selected visitors. Like an extremely loud motorbike so close to your house that the windows are shaking from the noise, then their contact nearby, usually a neighbor, starts slamming things and then their ER or police contact (who has no business being in that area whatsoever), passes by with blinking lights and loud sirens. And they do this combo not just once, but few times a day, every day of your stay. And that's exactly what happened during my stay!
