Bien placé mais petit

Appartement trop petit pour 4 personnes, frigo, chambre et salle de bain minuscules. Pas bcp de rangements et pas très bien équipé. Ménage très aléatoire à notre arrivée. Résidence très agréable, belle piscine , bord de mer et commerces à proximité à pied.

Verouderd appartement

Verouderde elektrische apparaten. Afwasmachine:kapot, IJskast veel te klein, verouderd en niet ontdooid/vuil bij aankomst Airco onbruikbaar wegens schimmel. Meteen melding gemaakt van deze problemen bij de plaatselijke interhome (mails Met foto’s, Telefonisch en berichten) en nadien nog herinnerd: er werd door hen geen actie ondernomen. Appartement niet geschikt voor 4 personen, geen kastruimte. Enige pluspunt: de ligging en het prachtige uitzicht

Urlaub war nur mit Ärger verbunden

Schlüsselübergabe findet nicht in der Anlage statt, daher auch keine vor Ort Betreuung wie beschrieben. Wohnung runtergekommen, viel zu klein fü 4 Personen, Betten viel zu kurz, mussten mit Koffern und Kissen verlängern. Bezahlte Wäschepakete unvollständig, mussten dann wieder ins 8 Kilomter entfernte Sainte- Maxime fahren. Besonders auffällig in der Dusche der Schimmelbefall, sowie in den Lamellen der Klimanlage.

Vue mer pas assez degagee

Balcon avec vue mer magnifique sauf que les hibiscus sont tellement "3m" environ que l on ne voit pratiquement pas la mer.Alors c est le balcon donne sur la mer mais il faudrait couper de 2 m les arbres

Mitigé

Avis mitigé car l'appartement n'est pas trop mal situé : à proximité de commerces, du port et de la plage. La résidence est agréable et l'espace piscine est vraiment sympa. En revanche, il donne sur la route ce qui devient très vite insupportable. La literie du canapé est médiocre et à mon sens juste inadmissible pour une location. La climatisation fonctionne bien mais visiblement n'est que rarement nettoyée voir pas du tout, vive l'odeur lors de la mise en marche.
