Les Issambres, villa in Provence style for 10 persons, magnificent seaview overlooking the bay of St Tropez, brand new private swimming pool 10m x 5m heated (on demand and for 25€ per day) and offering panoramic seaview, large living room, 3 very large terraces, barbecue/plancha, very quiet. Air conditioning in all rooms. Fiber optic internet access. Beaches are less than a mile away.
A team of gardeners comes twice a month, and a specialist comes twice a week to take care of the swimming pool during the summer months.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Alles bestens - Wir kommen wieder!

Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir haben die Villa für 2 Wochen gemietet und sind sehr begeistert von der Unterkunft. Die Lage bietet eine spektakuläre Aussicht mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Auch der Kontakt mit Stéphane ist sehr nett und professionell. Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Alles in einem haben wir uns sehr gut erholt und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in der Villa!

Flott hus og utsikt men noen minus

Huset lå fantastisk til, og var praktisk og greit og med en utrolig nydelig utsikt, greit basseng. Huset var imidlertid ikke ordentlig rengjort når vi kom, mye spindelvev og rusk og rask i kroker, på gulv og i hyller. Det er også tydelig fuktskader i huset, og på 3 av soverommene nede er det mugglukt og dårlig å sove. Klærne i koffert og skap, og natttøy luktet mugg etter første natten, og må vaskes ved hjemkomst. Ikke ok å sove i. Hadde det ikke vært for dette hadde det vært en helt optimal ferie. VI opplevde huseier som seriøs, og han besvarte alle våre spørsmål. Vanskelig å få tak i vaktmester dog. Vi fikk ikke den informasjonen vi skulle ha ved ankomst, og hadde en del spørsmål etter hvert. men som sagt, huseier var svært behjelpelig! Summasumarum, huset var flott men ikke ok med mugg. Dette bør opplyses om, evt reduseres utleiepris
