Fully renovated in 2024 and appointed with beautiful furnishings, the apartment comfortably accommodates a maximum of 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The welcoming living and dining room features a flat screen TV and opens directly onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between the interior and outdoor spaces. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from its own shower room. The second bedroom offers a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The open kitchen is fully equipped and flows naturally from the living area. A separate bathroom and an independent WC complete the layout. The apartment also features a small balcony of 5 m2 with both south and west facing orientations, furnished with balcony furniture and offering beautiful views of the sea and the valley.
