This is a great choice if you want to enjoy the sun and beaches of Provence, as well as water sports, all while relaxing in a peaceful, green setting and sipping a chilled rosé!
The studio's private entrance and parking ensure privacy and convenience.
No weekend rentals during the summer.

Entry is via a terrace into the large and spacious main room.

On one side, it is furnished with a glass table and four wrought-iron chairs, facing an open-plan kitchen, and on the other side, a comfortable sofa bed and a fold-down bed.
A small wardrobe provides initial storage. Beyond a mosaic-tiled shower room, you'll find a small bedroom with a wardrobe on either side of the double bed.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, an induction cooktop, a small washing machine, and a microwave.
Dishes, pillows, and blankets are provided. Bright and sunny apartment with Wi-Fi and a TV. Comfortably accommodates four people and possibly two additional children.

Déception due au logement car nous avions sélectionnés avec climatisation et celle ci était en panne nos 2 semaines. 2 ventilateurs sont présents mais brasse l'air chaud dans la maison à 29C, et la nuit idem 27C. Le Sud. De plus après réclamation auprès d'Abritel, le propriétaire nous répond que la clim. n'était pas prévue. Elle a disparue de l'annonce !!! Mais c'est parole contre parole car pas de trace de l'annonce de base alors que ce sont nos critères de sélections... il aurait fallu faire une impression d'écran à la réservation ! Ce serait une 1ère pour nous. Le logement ne vaut que par sa vue sur St Tropez car la plage à 1.4km en en rocher et pour remontrer c'est pire que la montée de l'Alpes d'Huez. Un couple de trentenaire sportif, pourquoi pas. Prévu avec 6 couchages mais pour une nuit ou 2 car la pièce principale et la salle de bain ne sont pas adaptées pour 6. La table de la cuisine a 4 chaises , c'est dire ...et le placard 3 bols.... Propriétaires accueillants mais pas pas dans l'anticipation . Peux le faire en mi-saison pour 2 personnes. Enfin les avis "excellents" pour couple en vacances posent questions !

Les issambres

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 15 jours. Nous avons apprécié de débuter nos vacances un mercredi, évitant les embouteillages. Bien situé, à 10 minutes à pieds de la première plage, au calme avec un bel extérieur, grande terrasse avec transats, vue sur la mer et St Tropez. Bon accueil, Raphaël a été aux petits soins pour nous pendant notre séjour. Appartement assez frais bien qu’il ne soit pas encore climatisé, à disposition 2 ventilateurs. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Pfingsturlaub

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet ruhig am Berg. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig zu einer wunderbaren Terrasse und einem eingezäunten Garten, der uns zur Verfügung stand. Alles war sehr sauber und wenn etwas gefehlt hat, haben die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter alles umgehend zur Verfügung gestellt und besorgt. Es gibt ein kleines gemütliches Schlafzimmer und im offenen Wohnzimmer steht eine Ausziehcouch und Klappbett. Wenn das Wetter schlecht gewesen wäre, wäre es für uns 4 Erwachsene etwas eng geworden, aber wir konnten uns immer draußen aufhalten, so dass jeder seinen Platz hatte. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Location dans un bel endroit, proche de la mer, avec jardin et des propriétaires très aidants

Propriété dans un quartier calme et boisé dans une belle vallée du massif des Maures, on peut aller à la mer à pied, les plages sont proches, ainsi que le village de St Peïre/Les Issambres et le centre nautique. La location donne accès à un jardin au milieu des arbres et une grande terrasse pour manger à l'extérieur; Convient à une famille, et aussi à des amateurs de randonnées et balades car situé dans le massif des Maures et proches de beaux villages provençaux. L'accueil des propriétaire est très chaleureux, et ils nous ont donné conseils et informations.
