This completely renovated luxurious apartment is ideal for a business trip or a getaway to Roosendaal. It is provided with all conveniences. It has the perfect location, in a five minute walk you are in the center where you can shop till you drop or have a delicious dinner at one of the cozy restaurants. Don't feel like eating out? The apartment is equipped with a kitchen with all amenities. In the summer you can enjoy the garden, that you only share with people from one other apartment.

Containerbar SPOT is the hotspot in Roosendaal where you can enjoy hip special beers, a tasty bite, cool DJs and fun events on the festival-like outdoor terrace. The place is built from shipping containers that have been transformed into a bar and kitchen. SPOT is located nearby the train station and is easy accessible.

The Designer Outlet Rosada is with over 75 stores the perfect place for a day of shopping. You can find you favorite brands with always a 70% discount. The assortment is unique and there are 7 restaurants in the Outlet, they all serve different kinds of food like. The outlet is located a bit outside the centre of Roosendaal but you can get to the outlet with a bike, public transportation or with car.

Playdôme is a place where you can do a lot of different activities, you can go laser gaming, hyper bowling, karting, funcurling and axe throwing. All the activities have a winter sports theme and it is the perfect getaway on a rainy day. Playdôme is also located outside the city centre of Roosendaal, you can get there with bike, public transportation and car.

On the Markt in Roosendaal you have a lot of restaurants with big terraces. One of my faves is Grand Café Chagall, its located in a beautiful characteristic building. You can go to Chagall for a delicious lunch or dinner, but it’s also the perfect place to go for some drinks and bites.

Nearby the Markt you have Eetboetiek Festina Lente, this is a really cute lunchroom where you can get good sandwiches, the best cheesecake in Roosendaal and can go for a high tea.

We highly recommend restaurant Los Latinos, where you can order the most delicious cuts of meat prepared on the grill. With a super cozy and large covered terrace, this is the perfect place for an evening of enjoyment.

Tapas bar Pinxos is a little gem in the centre of Roosendaal. You can find pinchos from Baskenland, Tapas from Sevilla and atmosphere of the swinging streets of Latin-America. You can go to Pinxos for lunch, apetiezers or a evening long dinner.

Roosendaal has a train station where the trains go to a lot of different cities in the Netherlands but also Belgium. You can go to cities like Amsterdam, Den Haag but also Antwerp.


Through your own entrance you enter an apartment that is completely yours. You will share the garden with people from one other apartment.

You don't find this often, an apartment that has been completely renovated and has everything you need. The living room is open and therefore extra spacious. Here you will find a lovely large sofa where you can watch Netflix on the flat-screen SMART TV.

In the same room you will find the open kitchen with cooking island. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you have a combi microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a Nespresso machine (and we provide the coffee for the first day) a dishwasher and all the utensils you may need. There is also a large dining table where you can have a good time with family, friends or colleagues.

At the front of the apartment you will find the workspace. This workspace is incredibly spacious, which is why this apartment is also perfect for a business trip.

There are two bedrooms and both are equipped with a lovely king-size, box-spring bed. Also, both bedrooms have a TV.

Two extra beds can be placed in the apartment if needed to create a 4-person apartment.

The bathroom has a wonderful rain shower where you can start your day well or relax after a long day. There is a large sink for two where you can get ready together.

The apartment is truly fully equipped. There is even a washer, perfect when you still want to do some laundry. In the shared garden you can enjoy the sunshine in the summer and even eat your delicious home-made meal.

The patio is shared and spacious.

- There is the option for a day pass parking off premises, for this you pay €10 and then you can park your car in the entire paid parking area. You can buy a day pass at the parking meters on the street.

Spend the night in Roosendaal is comfortable and central at Bed en Koffie, close to stores and restaurants.
