A experiência nãof muito desagradável. Ao chegar e fazer o check-in, fui informado que o estacionamento estava cheio. Eu teria a opção de deixar o carro no estacionamento de outro hotel parceiro, que não ficava longe, ou de deixar na rua mesmo. E, para minha surpresa, fui informado também que o estacionamento era pago à parte. [Esta é uma falha do próprio app da hoteis.com. Lá deveria ficar mais claro quais hoteis cobram pelo estacionamento separadamente. A info não é suprimida atualmente, mas fica em um lugar nem sempre acessado pelos clientes que pesquisam. Na pesquisa, somo apenas informados de hoteis que disponibilizam estacionamento.] Decidi deixar o carro no outro hotel, que nem era tão perto assim. De acordo com um app de mapas, eu levaria 12 minutos à pé para voltar a pé para este hotel no qual eu dormiria. Muito desconfortável (e potencialmente perigoso à noite, como depois fui perceber). Outra opção seria usar apps de transporte, mas isto acarretaria mais um gasto não previsto, e que era culpa do hotel e não minha - já que o hotel, que prometia ter estacionamento, não tinha e teve que me mandar pra outro lugar. Deixei o carro no outro hotel e planejei ir a pé, mas vi moradores de rua aparentemente bêbados ou drogados perto do hotel, o que me fez decidir solicitar um carro por aplicativo. 1 Estacionamento indisponível, 2 pago à parte, 3 o disponível era longe, 4 o disponível exigia mais um gasto, de Uber, pra voltar para o hotel certo.
