Hotel deixa a desejar referente a serviço bagagem. Pois ninguem ajuda para levar as bagagens ao quarto. Sendo que nao tem elevador , eu fiquei no quarto andar, tive que subir escadas com bagagens e 3 crianças, sendo uma de colo. Muito ruim. Fiquei 2 dias, subindo e descendo com malas e crianças.

Fiz minha reserva pelo site, ao chegar ao Hotel apesar de ter feito reserva e estar confimada disseram nao haver quartos para a hospedagem ,pois o hotel estava lotado. estou decepcionada. tivemos que viajar 33 km ate a cidade de pedra preta colocando assim minha vida e toda minha familia em risco. pois haviamos viajado 17:00 hrs da cidade de Ji-Parana ate Rondonopolis e chegamos em Pedra Preta por volta das 23:20 PM
