Beautiful house in the heart of Rome 20meters from Piazza Venezia/Trevi Fountain

My home is brand new, recently renovated, extremely comfortable, located on the fourth floor with an elevator, and very bright.

It consists of two large bedrooms with two large double beds, plus an extra bed in one of the bedrooms. There are also two spacious bathrooms.

Each double bedroom has its own renovated private bathroom, fully equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. You will also enjoy a beautiful living area with a large dining table and a brand-new modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything you may need.

You will find an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, and microwave.

The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, pots and pans, wine glasses, and linens for the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen.

The entire home is equipped with heating and air conditioning. The building also has an elevator.

All the historical beauties of Rome can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. I have been a host for many years.

From your windows, you will be able to admire the rooftops of Rome.

Inside my home, you will find every comfort, and I will be at your disposal for any need you may have.

Exceptional stay! The location is unbeatable – centrally located to all the major sites (Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon all within walking distance. The immediate area is bustling with restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores.The apartment is spotless, modern, and comfortable with beautiful high ceilings that create an airy, spacious feel. Air conditioning worked perfectly, and both bathrooms are large and modern – a huge plus for our group. Note: the second bedroom requires passing through the first bedroom to access the kitchen or leave, but this wasn't an issue for us.Maria Linda was an outstanding host – extremely responsive and even arranged airport transportation. Check-in was smooth and flexible.Highly recommended – would absolutely stay again!

Great location. Ac and heat was very good and it had an elevator! The team was very accommodating and pleasant. 2 wonderdul baths with washer machine and all the appliances. You should know you have to go thru one bedroom to get to the other bedroom.

My boys and I spent a week here for spring break and we had a wonderful stay. I have been to Rome numerous times and this is the best location I have stayed. Everything is within easy walking distance and a couple grocery stores and restaurants within a couple blocks. Maria was extremely responsive and set up transportation to and from the airport for us. I highly recommend!!!

The second bedroom has to come through the first bedroom to exit their room. This wasn't a problem for us, as we were traveling with family. The hosts were gracious and very kind and hospitable. It was odd to have only one set of towels per person for our week long stay, but that too worked out.

Location. Location. Location. Can't be beat. Bathrooms are large and modern. Elevator available. Restaurants at the doorstep. Air cinditioning was excellent. Note two things: the kitchen and table are minimalist, but sufficient. While each of the two bedrooms has direct access to a private bathroom, the occupants of the second bedroom must pass through the first bedroom to access the kitchen or exit the unit. It worked for us.

Beautiful apartment, Great Location

Great place for a family of four-two sleeping areas and two full bathrooms. Air conditioning, washer and amazing location. Property owners were incredibly responsive whenever we needed anything. Location is great! We were able to walk colesseum, spanish steps, trevi fountain, pantheon and even walked to vatican. Also close to train and bus stops. Highly recommend.
