I highly recommend Vittoriano Suite. This hotel is excellent in many aspects - LOCATION, it is located next to Monument to Victor Emmanuel II which can be seen from almost any where in central Rome. STAFF, are so helpful and kind. They were in communication with me on Whatsapp before our arrival and made check in easy. ROOM, was spacious, clean and easily accommodated four people. BREAKFAST, was a buffet and had a large selection of items.

Good location only a 5 minute walk to the Forum. Only 20 min taxi ride from train station. Older building but rooms are well maintained and fresh enough feeling . Eating area a little cramped but nice breakfast, great croissants and meat / cheese , fruit and cappuccinos . 15 min walk to trastavere Recommend on a budget which we were by the time we splurged across Italy . Friendly staff and helpful with taxis and bag storage

We had a wonderful stay at the Vittoriano Suite in Rome. The location is perfect for a first trip to Rome - it is an easy walk to the Colosseum and many other sites, and easy to walk to most of Rome from there, buses available too. The hotel is in an old building with no sign on the door, feels very authentic. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they made sure that our stay was wonderful. The rooms were spacious for my family and the breakfast was perfect - coffee and cappuccino made special for each guest, hard boiled eggs and meat and cheese and yogurt for the adults and pastries for the kids. We would love to stay again and would recommend this for any travelers to Rome, especially families.
