NEW Entire apartment of 50 m2. in San Pietro, renovated in January 2022 via Dei Cavalleggeri: Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Campo dei Fiori can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. 100 meters from St. Peter's Square. Perfect for 4 people. no elevator
It is located in a traffic-free area, accessible by car, in a perfect position to reach the main tourist destinations on foot.
The apartment is equipped with smart TV, heating, Wi-Fi, AC and audio system with Bluetooth. The kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine (not dryer), as well as a ready-made Nespresso coffee machine; we will make sure to provide coffee and sugar at check-in to allow for a traditional Italian start to the day.
This is the composition of the apartment:
-living room with kitchenette where there is a double bed (foldaway bed) with a single orthopedic and non-foldable mattress 20 cm high;
- bedroom and bathroom with double bed plus single bed which, if necessary, transforms into a bunk bed, with the possibility of hosting 3 people in the room.
The bathroom has a comfortable 150x80 shower and all the essential courtesy products: hairdryer, soaps, shampoo.
The house is located inside a historic building in the basement, but bright and easy to reach. You have to climb stairs to reach the floor.
The house is suitable for couples, families with children and people traveling for work.
Animals, even small ones, are not allowed.

Vatican Apartment

This was a great location, 5 minute walk away from the Vatican. The apartment is located on the lower level of the building. Restaurants were within walking distance as well as a laundromat which was essential for our family of 5 and clothing. Highly recommend this location.

The apartment was well located just south of the Vatican, less than 10min walk to St. Peter’s Square. A well-appointed, newish apartment that can sleep a family of 4-5, well-equipped with traditional-pod Nespresso machine, gas stove if you want to cook. Restaurants nearby (Angelo 5*) as well as grocery (Pam City) that host Arturo points out. Only minus is unit is in building basement with high, street-level windows; a higher floor unit with windows facing St. Peter’s would have made it perfect.

A great place to stay

First and foremost, the host of the property was attentive to our every need and addressed them promptly. For example, train and bus schedules, local grocery stores, currency exchange and even the best form of transport to and from the property location. The property itself is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It is newly remodeled, extremely well kept and only a short walk away from the Vatican. The property is also only a short walk from a number of good restaurants in the neighborhood that were recommended by the host. We stayed for one week and we felt very safe and at home in the apartment. We give this property five stars and two thumbs up!

Great place in a great location!

Just steps away from Vatican City and dozens of great restaurants! And a taxi stand a block away! Autero welcomed us with lovely gifts including homemade tiramisu, wine and champagne! The place was spotless and well appointed! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

A great flat!

Stat of 5 days for me and my daughter. The flat is well equipped - with the nit-picky comment that does not matter, but nothing is perfect so I have to mention something, there was no english language stations on the television. The flat was sootless, provisioned AND the air conditioning worked superbly (it was 100F everyday, so it was a great relief. The location was beyond belief. 5min walk to St Peters, coffee shops and restaurants 1 block away, very quiet. Auturo is a tremendous host. He met us when he said he would be there, demonstrated everything and made sure that we understood. We had no need to contact him during our stay but I am sure he would have been needed. We did share coordinating messages and he was prompt with a response!. Highly recommend

Close to tourist attractions

The host is very pleasant and very welcoming. The place is very convenient, close to restaurants, tourist attractions, and AC is wonderful during the summer months. The only downside is I find it too small for 5 people but that’s a me problem I should have book a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom suite instead of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. And also because we have so many luggages it is not ideal as there is no lift, we have to carry our suitcase up and down the staircase. But we didn’t mind as my teens were able to carry it. And also I like soft pillows and more pillows on the bed. It seems like they only have very firm pillows. Other than that the place is wonderful.

The property is very clean and modern , the apartment is well equipped like you are in your house. The property manager Arturo , is readily available and accommodating.He gave us suggestions and even arranged for our transportation back to the airport It is very close to the Vatican City and you can also walk to Trevi fountain , Castel San’t Angelo and other tourist attractions. I like that it is close to the Vatican but still quiet and peaceful.

Rome vacation

Property was clean and nice. The location is close to the vatican, transportation and surrounding restaurants. Neighborhood is safe and Arturo is very accommodating and even helped us with booking transportation from the airport to his place and to the port for our cruise. We enjoyed our stay here.

Very practical accomodation

We were completely satisfied with everything. The appartment was clean and provided all that we needed. We were surprised that it was actually in basement, but it was not a problem for us. Only small thing that culd be better is the table in the kitchen. It was pretty unsteady. Maybe it should be fastened to the wall. Arturo provided us perfect service, not only what was necessary, but also additional useful info. I recommend this accomodation.

Fantastic choice - Family of Five Adults

Dont hesitate to stay here - responsive and caring host, perfect facilities, right at Vatican walls. A was quick to reply to messages , suite was spotless and well equipped, beds good, lots of towels, quiet location so close for early morning Vatican lineups. Great local recomendations for restaurant and transportation, bus stop nearby with direct stops for major attractions. Apartment within walking distance of large Pam supermarket. Use his driver service - polite, timely professional drivers, better rate than I could find myself. Lots of space for a family of five adults with three siblings in their 20s. Thank-you so much A for the great start to our first visit to Italy.

April stay 1 block away from the vatican

The property was clean, and extremely close to the Vatican. The Owner (Aurto) was so friendly and very helpful in guiding us to different restaurants and very punctual upon meeting. We would come back again. The area was very safe at night and in the whole city for that matter. We had a very nice stay and really enjoyed ourselves. The bed and the accommodations were excellent.

Conveniently located, attractive apartment

Arturo sent us lots of suggestions before our arrival and met us promptly at the agreed upon time. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with many amenities. The shower was luxurious.
