Great room and staff!

The stay was great! The room was very clean and really nice! The staff went out of their way to map us out a walking tour of Rome, so we could see as much as we could. We would definitely stay there again!

Went to Italy for 2 weeks traveled to many cities and stayed at many hotels but nothing like this one the service and cleanliness was unbelievably great. And not to mention the A/C super on point , the lady that helped us out was really attentive and helpful Really nice I will be recommending this hotel to my family and freinds.

The room itself was clean and well laid out. The bed was comfortable. However, the elevator was quite small and required multiple trips to accommodate our four pieces of luggage and two people. There are too safety issues. One, at night there was no light at the third floor landing, and the stair down aw within inches of the door jam. Second, while attractive, the shower pan is quite slick, and the was no element available to put down to maintain footing, in addition the step down from the show was about 8 inches, and there is nothing solid to hand on to while stepping from the slick surface. I believe both of these issue can be easily fixed. The reception process was easy an quite friendly.

The manager was warm and welcoming. She made sure our room was how we wanted it and very knowledgeable. She gave us great advice. The hotel is located where everything and sites are accessible by walking to it.

Great staff, very clean hotel and rooms. Great security. Nice that it was away from the crowds. A real benefit was having a patisserie across the street and great restaurants just around the corner. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
