The room was very clean but what really stood out was how accommodating and gracious the staff is. When I asked Martina if I could change rooms to a different one, she showed me the different types of rooms and allowed me to choose one within the same category of my booking. Very helpful staff.

We travel much and we were unexpectedly and happily surprised about this hotel. Way beyond our expectations, considering the price and the location being 3 minutes from Termini train station. Everything was very good, super clean, well appointed and nicely decorated, larger than usual room for Europe, All the staff were quite professional and friendly. We arrived mid-evening from a long day of traveling so we had dinner at their restaurant. Again we had such a good meal with great presentation that we returned for lunch the next day. And the breakfast was super, including gluten free croissant for my wife!

Although close to the train station the property and surrounding area felt safe and clean. The staff were extremely helpful when trying to find a place to eat and tranportation. Also, the staff spoke English, so communicating was not an issue. We booked a room with a terrace, it was extremely clean and the veiw was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel as it is close to several site-seeing areas.
