Nice apartment. Primary bedroom has very firm mattress. Conditioner in the shower and a box of keenix would be a nice touch. One set of keys for our group was sometimes challenging with coming and going and different scheduled. Overall nice stay, good location.

Loved this property! Be ready for stairs! There are 70 of them! It is not terrible though and this is in a great area with too many dining options to count! Room was perfect! Hosts were so nice!

I didn’t get the room I booked. I booked 2 bedroom executive apartment and I got moved. I had no kitchen, coffee, sitting area, or terrace. Luckily we had two bathrooms but one door handle broke and locked us out. I did like the staff who let us store our luggage during the day.

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. But too many stairs to climb amd no elevator at Via del Babuino 70 Comfort Rooms. 75 stairs to climb at the end of every day after sightseeing in Rome is a lot. Fortunately we have no knee problems. But if your knees are not strong, or you have any heart condition or are over age 65, make sure your room is on the 2nd floor!

We had a wonderful stay at Tritone Top House Hotel. Rooms were super clean and close to all the beautiful sights and ancient ruins of Rome.The roof top Terrace was amazing! We had a fantastic time!

Our unit was cute and cozy. I’m not sure if it was stated in the write up and the bathroom was an en-suite to the bedroom. We were a couple and a friend traveling so did not like that combo. The neighborhood was more quiet, 10 min walk to more action. They have you pay a separate cleaning fee (70 euro) on arrival which should be included in the nightly rate..

As other reviews stated, you meet at one location to check in and then walk up the street to your apartment. Communication was good and met us promptly when we arrived. This is an older building which is charming but some things lacking - hot water being one of them and water flow. We were in #2. Bed and fold out sofa were made up for us and we greatly appreciated being able to bring our luggage in early. Basic kitchen if you want to do some cooking or keep drinks in the fridge. Wifi and A/C worked fine. This room did not have laundry. Location was VERY close to Spanish steps and lots of shops, cafes and other notable places.

Triton top house is an assortment of properties around the 70 via crispi in Rome. Ours was a top floor property with convenient washer, kitchen, a sofa bed, a single bed and a twin bed with a bathroom. Pros: conveniently located in near the Spanish Steps, has everything you need to cook and eat in, do your laundry and sleep, has good AC, friendly staff. Cons: hidden fees (100 euros for cleaning and tourist tax), some water damage on the ceiling causing the plaster to fall off, only 2 butter knifes, only one set of keys, you have to contact them to get checkin instructions but after 25 calls, no one answered. I would do it again. I had a great time in Rome with my 3 kids and partner, and it was thanks to the convenient location of the property.
