We booked a luxury room, but there was really nothing luxurious about it! A terrible entrance area with lots of garbage bins and a dirty, worn-out stairway. A dark room and an even darker bathroom, where the water rose up to our ankles when showering because the drain was clogged. No view, no bar, no lounge as described. The breakfast place was far away. We booked transfer to and from the hotel, but when we arrived in the evening, we were dropped off far away and told that we had to walk the rest of the way because it was not possible to drive any closer. However, the location was absolutely perfect.
