Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
the service is not good. nothing is clear. the room is not in a very good condition, and i am not sure how clean it actually was.
when we arrived, we had to call a number for them to open the gate. the number was not working… i texted the other number i was given on whatsapp and they were not replying so i tried to call and no response. i was let in by a random person who lived in the building (the hotel is located in an apartment complex). they finally replied about 15-20 mins later to tell me they opened the gate (it was too late). i then arrived in the apartment which serves as the hotel, and there was no staff at the counter. i had to text the number on whatsapp to know which room was mine, and again, they took 15 mins to reply.
This hotel is also classified as a “bed and breakfast”. it is said that breakfast is included. It is not an actual breakfast. it is packaged sweets and coffee. for the price, it’s okay that there’s no breakfast included, but i would rather they just say it, instead of lying.
i have not seen staff at any point during my stay. nothing was clear, from my room number to the checkout process. they don’t tell you how it works…
they did give me some recommendations for restaurants nearby the hotel, which was appreciated. other than that… i’m not sure i would rebook this place.
