Agustina, Roberto and the rest of the staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean, and the continental breakfast was reasonably priced. Whenever we required assistance the hotel staff was quick to solve our problems. I will definitely recommend the hotel cross to my friends and family.

We loved the hotel. All of the staff was so kind and helpful, even gave us great recommendations of places to go! We arrived a little early and they were able to get our room ready quickly. The hotel is in a great location. Right on the river with a classic view of the Tower Bridge. The staff from Checkin to Checkout was amazing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Perhaps a bit careworn but it certainly met our expectation. We travel frequently; so I will say we would choose this hotel in the future.
