The location was perfect 2 min walk to the spanish steps restaurant and shopping was downstairs on the same block. The room was small but perfect for my wife and i. The checking process was easy. Will definitely stay there when i go back to Rome.

The rooms were very good and clean with minor shower drain issue at the time of the visit. The staff at reception (Parisa) was friendly and very helpful, available to answer our whatsapp messages even outside her shift hours. Location is very good, steps to the piazza di Spagna and many other attractions were just a walk away. Located on a dining strip so expect some minor noises in the morning from restaurants preparing to open.

it is located in a convenient location in the heart of Rome, the room is in excellent condition as far as concern the cleanliness and size, we were given instructions for self check in and was very helpful. A disadvantage that can be considered is the noise of the restaurants exactly down of the room.

We were there for only one day but the location was excellent. It was walking distance to the metro. As we walked to the location, it was surrounded by cafés and shops. There was a small elevator much needed for our luggage. The room had a small balcony with a beautiful view. It was walking distance to the Spanish steps and the Trevi Fountain. Of the many hotels we stayed on our trip this was my favorite. We loved everything about the room except the bathroom.

The room was very clean. It was a very good stay for a family of three. The staff were very attentive and very responsive. There’s lots of good restaurants and establishments around. It’s very family friendly. The only complaints I have is there was not an iron upon check-in. The Wi-Fi went on the Fritz after technicians came to do improvements, and there was no microwave for heating food. All in all, I would rate it an eight out of 10.

Visited as a family of 4. I understand that we were the first guests to stay at the property and aside from a few teething problems including lack of working power sockets we had a very pleasant stay. Location in the heart of Centro Storico was excellent and allowed easy access to many of Romes wonderful sights. Accommodation consists of an open plan room with separate bathroom. Beds were really comfortable, 1 king size and 1 double. Room included a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Property is on top floor and is very quiet.

Nice room at a reasonable price in the center of Rome, walking distance to all the main attractions and several restaurants in the neighborhood. Check-in was a bit of a hassle as the reception had limited opening hours and their phone number was wrong on Hotels.com. We couldn't get through to the reception because of the wrong number. The hotel explained that they tried to contact me but Expedia doesn't give out guests' phone numbers and/or emails. It was easy to get in touch with the reception and quick to get a response after we got the right number. So I hope they got their contact information fixed on the hotel website.

Room was beautiful and clean with a fridge and water/coffee provided. Room looked to have been recently renovated, bed was very comfortable and we thought a steal for the price. We had booked the apartments on bocca di leone but were placed in a room in the apartments round the corner where reception is on via della Croce it’s only 2 min walk difference. Area is ideal 5 mins from Spanish steps there are shops restaurants and a supermarket on the street which is handy. Only issue we had was the number on Expedia is incorrect for the hotel and we had to contact Expedia to get the number which was then for a different hotel in the same chain and they finally gave us the correct number but once we had that communication with the staff was great you just need to contact before hand in order to organise check in as there isn’t always staff on site. Staff were great and they held our bags for us at reception on our last day as well.

The location of this hotel is great! It was a quick walk to the spanish steps and the metro. It was also close to the luxury shopping venue and best of all there were very good restaurants just steps outside the hotel. As for the room, it was beautiful and clean. Bathroom was also beautiful. My only complaint is it needed counter space for the toiletries and space to put the hair appliance while you are fixing your hair and such. Hooks would also be good for towels. If you are staying here try to get a room away from reception. Our room was right where the reception and lobby was so it was a little bit noisy. The room door was not sound proof at all. The room and windows are not sound proof so if you are a light sleeper then I won’t recommend room 101. Besides these issues, it did not hinder the enjoyment of the place. Bed and pillows were comfortable and a/c was great! The hotel offers taxi service to or from the airport for 70 euros. I’m telling you it is worth using that service as public transport is always packed.

Super séjour pour mon copain et moi-même dans ce logement ! Hyper bien situé à 5 minutes à pieds de la piazza di spagna 10 minutes de la fontaine de trevi, à 30 minutes du Colisée. Il y a la clim ce qui a été très utile au vu des températures extérieurs quand nous y étions. Nous avons pu échangé facilement avec Parisa notre hôte. (Accès en autonomie au logement), et avec Roberta (en italien) qui s’occupe de l’entretien du logement et qui nous a donné quelques conseils utiles! Je recommande vivement!

Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet, mit kleinem Kühlschrank, Wasser und Kaffee. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Mir hat ein Fenster im Zimmer gefehlt, ansonsten war es perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und ich konnte zu jeder Zeit jemanden erreichen.
