This large four-room apartment consists of a double bedroom, two bedrooms with two single beds each (joinable), living room with dining table, double sofa bed, open kitchen, pantry and two bathrooms equipped with all the necessary toilets.

Living room and kitchen

This cozy apartment opens onto a living room with a large eight-seat dining table and a comfortable double sofa bed in front of which is a flat screen TV. The pantry placed on both sides of the room allow you to store food, products and objects of all kinds. The open kitchen is equipped and equipped with the following appliances: electric kettle, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. It also has access to a laundry room equipped with washbasin, washer and dryer.



Rooms and bathrooms

The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: one double and two with two single beds each. The first room features two pretty leather armchairs, a dresser, a mirrored wardrobe, and a double bed on the sides with two nightstands, both equipped with abat-jour. The remaining bedrooms, on the other hand, house both single beds - which can be joined and used as double beds – bedside tables with abat-jour, desks equipped with a mirror and spacious closets. The two bathrooms, located between living area and sleeping area, are equipped with sinks with mirror, all necessary fixtures and large shower stalls.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

For your arrival, you can choose between a free self-check-in or an assisted check-in with extra fee. Please tell us the type of check-in you prefer. If not communicated, only the Self Check-in will be available. The assisted check-in is available on request with extra fee from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.

We remind you that an internet connection is required to enter the apartment.

You can enter the apartment by yourself from 3.00 p.m.

The standard Check-out time is up to 11.00 am.



2. ASSISTED CHECK-IN: SERVICE WITH FEE

If you prefer to be welcomed by a member of our staff, you can communicate it during your booking. We remind you that we don\'t have a reception, so we need to know the time of your arrival before 12.00 a.m. of your check-in day. Assisted check-in have an extra cost and it is available only from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.



RULES TO BE OBSERVED

-Compliance with the house rules is compulsory.

-It is forbidden for persons other than those listed in the reservation to stay overnight.

-Credit card required for pre-authorisation of 50€. The full amount will be released to your account within 3 days after check-out.
