Two comfortable double bedrooms, a bathroom with a spacious shower, and a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods, electric stovetop).

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heat pump heating in all rooms. Guests can enjoy fast and free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

This is the ideal place for a comfortable stay in Rome, easy to use, and in a strategic location to explore the Eternal City.

Standard check-in: from 3 pm to 9 pm (With self-service check-in, guests can enter after 9:00 PM without any additional charges).

Check-out by 10 am

Upon request, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on the apartment's availability and cleaning requirements.

Check-in is self-service. To receive the access details, guests must complete the online form with all the required mandatory information. If the Italian Government introduces regulations prohibiting self-service check-ins, we will provide in-person check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A late fee of €50 will apply for check-ins after 9:00 PM.

An extra fee for check-in in person of € 35 will be charged for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, Easter Sunday and August 15th.

For self check-in is MANDATORY for the guest to fill out the online form I will send when booking the property, providing their ID information as required by Italian law. Additionally, the rental contracts are included within the form, and signing them is mandatory. The form must be completed within 48 hours of the guest's arrival in Rome. Filling out the form takes about 5 minutes.

In this apartment, the following are not allowed:

- hosting parties

- smoking

- bringing pets

- making noise during quiet hours (from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am)

For children up to 3 years old, a travel cot is available upon request, at a cost of € 50 per stay.
