Our stay at Suite Cardinale was incredible !!! Our host Annarita was bery kind, she met us on time and explained us about how to yse our keys and gage us so much information about our stay and close by places, she texted us everyday about if we needed anything ! Room was incredible, very large and very clean, very modern and comfortable design, we were super happy with everything about it. Location was fantastic, 10 minute walking distance from Castel D’Angelo and Vatican, there were so many shops, grocery shops, cafes and restaurants close by! Cleaning crew was awesome, they kept our room spotless!! I highly recommend this place, you will love it like us!!!

Good location

Plenty of eating places. Nearest Metro approximately 10 minutes walk away. Annarita the manager is very helpful. We were late arriving at the venue and she waited for us. She gave us plenty information about all the touristy spots and plaves to eat. Would stay here again.

I appreciated the complimentary waters and coffee! The room was perfect for my needs at an extremely fair price!! The owner or staff member i was in contact with was exceptional. We had an issue with our inbound flight causing us to arrive a full 24 hrs later than expected and she was very helpful and willing to work with me to rearrange pickup and check-in plans. She also checked in to see how oir trip was going and sent detailed lists of restaurant and event recommendations for all of the near by areas. And i VERY much appreciated her offer to stay an extra night at no additional fee since we lost out on our 1st night there. I completly understood that no refund would be given for our missed night, but i did not expect to be given such kind and generous offer

Overall had a good experience, though calling it luxury feels like a bit of an overstatement. The best part was definitely the location — 10/10. We were able to walk to all the major attractions, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. That said, there were a few things that didn’t quite live up to the expectations set by the listing and previous reviews. We never met the host or any reception staff in person, which was a bit surprising given the positive comments about their helpfulness. All communication was done through WhatsApp, which was fine, but felt impersonal. The room itself was generally clean, but had noticeable scuff marks from furniture, stains on the wall, and could really use a fresh coat of paint. There was also a constant dripping noise from the toilet, which was a bit annoying. Overall, the stay was good and the location truly can’t be beat, but if you're expecting a high-end, luxury experience, you might be a little underwhelmed.

Location is excellent- very close to the Vatican and places we wanted to go to. Ana, the property manager, was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to see. She was easy to reach and very responsive to any questions we had. The room was clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee in the room. Definitely a great place to stay while in Rome.

Location was very close to the Vatican and Museum. We felt very safe to wad around the area. The property's elevator though small made the ride up to the rooms very memorable. Annarita the host was provided outstanding service, the restaurants she recommended around the neighborhood were all very good. I would definitely recommend if you are planning to stay in the Prati. Would definitlely come back again.
