Cozy and bright one bedroom apartment just 10 minutes walk from St. Peter's Square and Vatican City and can accommodate up to 3 people. Perfectly equipped, it is located in a central area full of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, car rentals and parking lots. A few steps from the main places of interest such as the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant'Angelo, Campo de 'Fiori, Trastevere, Piazza Navona, will allow you to admire Rome in all its splendor.

The apartment is located on the semi-basement floor in a typical 4-storey building from the early 1900s and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. It consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, and a relaxation corner with a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the accessories to prepare quick snacks or complete meals: dishes, pots, 4-burner stove, fridge and freezer, electric and microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster and mini-pans. The bathroom is Italian with a shower and a bidet. A washing machine, a hairdryer and towels are available. The apartment has and independent heating, air conditioning, free and unlimited WiFi internet and TV with digital terrestrial, cradle for newborns (SHEETS, CHILDREN AND BLANKETS FOR CRADLE NOT SUPPLIED).


Guests will have the entire apartment at their exclusive disposal. The apartment has free WiFi internet access. The keys will be delivered at check-in by personnel in charge of taking care of your reception and your needs.

We are available for advice, suggestions and resolution of any problems related to your stay in Rome. A person in charge of your reception will wait for you on arrival to illustrate the operation of the house and deliver the keys to the apartment.
For any unforeseen or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

At check-in we will need to register each guest's data for legal purposes only, so we will ask you to show a valid document.
The apartment is suitable for children, and is equipped with high chair, cot and bottle warmer.

Upon arrival you will be required to pay the city tax of € 3.50 per person per night, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.

Please note that check-in must be arranged directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows: - 21. 00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. After 01.00, it is not possible to arrange check-in.
