The property is well located and very close to Roma Termini . A perfect location for staying while visiting Rome. You can take the metro right under the termini and travel to all the surrounding tourist attractions.

The hotel room was ok for a 1 night stay. However we had a difficult time finding the property as the building have more than one Hotel in it. There was a tiny sign on the building that could be easily missed. We needed proper directions to the hotel from the Termini train station 🚉 it's about a 10 minute walk but difficult the pull suitcases with you. I guess it's ok for young people. We are in our 70s , so was a bit challenging for us. The room was clean and had everything for a brief stay ...

This location was good for us because we took the train to Naples, Florence and Pisa. It’s walking distance to the trains, metro and buses. It is an older building and they only provided shampoo in the shower. Bring your own soap and conditioner. The twin bed is uncomfortable. It was nice to have breakfast at the hotel and the staff were helpful with transportation questions. If you want to spend the majority of your time in Rome - stay close to the city center.

The amenities were poor. I was given a room on 5th floor. Then, for two days, the lift was not working. Luckily I was not lugging, but I could see many of my fellow boarders struggling. The building is ancient and so is the lift. So, climbing 5 stories was no fun. Breakfast was nothing good. The same old cold buns every day. The location was decent 650 m from Termini.

Short walk from the Termini station, quiet, with lots of restaurants around the area and mini market too. The breakfast is a plus given the rate, and the lady serving breakfast is really nice and warm. Would book again if will come back to Rome.

The hotel was in a good location, just a few minutes walk from Roma Termini. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast wasn’t great. No protein options, only pastries. Would have been nice to have some boiled eggs or anything else. The hotel is in an old building and shares with other hotels. It also has a different name: Alex Square Hotel. There are several signs for the different hotels within the building on the outside of the building, so it’s a bit confusing. But the check in desk is behind the elevator.

Good pricing

Very good for the money and close to city center. Building has a cool old elevator. Kind of hard to find the check in place but they walk you to your room. Area around the hotel wasn't too sketchy and I never felt uneasy.

Very convenient place to stay. The building does not have the name of the hotel on the outside. The building have various different hotels on each of the building floors. Room very clean, private bathroom very clean. Two blocks from termini station. Convenient store, pharmacy and places to eat within walking distance. Would definitely come back on my next visit to Rome.

Low price but nice

Vey near the main train station, but quite quiet place. The hotel entrance is a bit hidden. Room is in front of the lobby at the other side of the street and doesn't get the wifi of the hotel. The room has a good space.

The toilet has an unpleasant odor originating from the sewage. I voiced my dissatisfaction to the receptionist, 3x (morning and afternoon) who then poured a lemon-like solution into the sink and bowl twice, but the smell persisted. I inquired if there was an alternative solution, such as moving to a different room, but she declined. The smell caused us severe headaches, so we kept the windows open constantly to ventilate the room. I do not recommend this hotel based on my experience. If you choose to stay here, that’s your decision, but I want to warn you.
