Hidden gem in a great neighborhood

This is a cozy apartment with all the amenities anyone could need in the heart of Rome. It has a beautiful terrace for enjoying an evening meal or morning coffee. The location is perfect. The apartment is centrally located between the Vatican, Pantheon and Trastevere. We were able to walk to nearly every site we wanted. The neighborhood is golden. The streets surrounding the apartment are full of wonderful, quality restaurants, bars and cafes. I will definitely stay in this location again.

3. Stock ohne Aufzug und eine Hauptverkehrsstraße

Erst 2 Tage vor Anreise erfuhr ich, dass die Wohnung im 3. Stock (60 Stufen)liegt und es keinen Aufzug gibt. Ich habe eine geschädigte Hüfte und Treppen sind eine große Schwierigkeit für mich aber auch für meinen Mann. Es wurde uns gesagt, dass man Verständnis hätte, wenn wir nicht anreisen wollen. Geld zurück? - nein. Aber oben wartete eine ebenso große Herausforderung: Jede Fuge in der Dusche war dick voller Schimmel. Es roch sehr penetrant und die Abflüsse waren alle verstopft und rochen ebenfalls ekelig. Die Wohnung braucht langsam ein paar neue Möbel. Trubel ist dort allerdings Tag und Nacht. Wer das liebt und sportlich ist, ist dort richtig.
