Great stay, great hosts

Clean, well equiped apartment near Termini station, a great bargain for three bedrooms in Rome. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you. Excellent hosts!

Sports Event

The prompt responses to all communications with Filippo and the accommodation itself, especially having two bathrooms, made the whole experience very pleasant.

Det började när vi kom in i lägenheten och vi såg stora hårtussar liggande lite här och var. Bland annat på en kudde i ena sängen och på golvet i hallen. Även i stora badrummet låg det långa svarta hårstrån på vit kakel, så det syntes väldigt tydligt. På kvällen började vi höra hög musik från andra sidan väggen, vilket visade sig komma från en klubb som hade live musik till 02:00 på natten. Efter det stod folk utanför och pratade ytterligare någon timme, så det blev inte mycket sömn för någon av oss i familjen. När vi kollade upp klubben stod det på deras hemsida att de hade live uppträde 7 kvällar i veckan, och då bestämde vi oss för att hitta annat boende. Vi fick ingen ersättning för de andra 4 nätterna vi bokat och betalat för. Jag tycker att den detaljen, att det ligger vägg i vägg med en klubb, borde man fått veta innan man betalade. Sen var värden snabb att svara när vi skrev till honom, och erbjöd att skicka dit en städfirma dagen efter. Han försökte även få oss att stanna och sa att han pratat med klubbägaren. Men att riskera fler nätter utan sömn var inte ett alternativ, eftersom vi då inte orkat göra något på dagarna. Så det blev en dyr läxa...

Nouvel an à Rome entre amis

Venus pour le nouvel an à Rome entre amis, nous avons séjourné chez Filippo et ce fut un grand plaisir.L'appartement est conforme à la description hormis la proximité avec la gare et donc le bruit des trains, mais comme nous avons beaucoup marché et bien visité nous étions fatigués et avons bien dormi malgré tout.Nous aurions également apprécié le minimum pour le petit déjeuner (thé, qques dosettes pour la machine à café) mais heureusement y a une épicerie à 20 mètres.L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel, et Filippo très réactif nous le conseillons vivement.

The location is out of the way on well used side street. On first viewing the location we all had second thoughts. Upon entry to the apartment we met the host wife. She was nice and gave us great information about the local area. The apartment was small by american standards . We found the shower quiet tight to take showers . Over we enjoyed the use of the apartment.
